Lilis is a PhD Candidate at Centre for Oral, Clinical & Translational Sciences at the Faculty of Dentistry, Oral & Craniofacial Sciences, King's College London. Her research focuses on bone tissue engineering for oral and maxilofacial surgery. Her study is sponsored by Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP). She graduated as a dentist from Universitas Indonesia (UI) in 2014. She loves oral and maxillofacial surgery (OMS), especially orthognathic/orthofacial surgery. Upon finishing her PhD, she will continue her clinical training to be an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. She currently serves as a council member of NextGen Forum of International Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons (IAOMS). Through NIF, she would like to support research and innovation translation to bring real impact to the society.
